I've been following - sort of - LCHFMP with intermittent fasting.

I've decided to stick to Keto instead. It doesn't sound very different but it is in ways that I find easy.

I'm still going to be doing some fasting too.

I know that I'm in ketosis as I can't stand the taste of coffee - white or black - so I'm on hot/cold water with lemon
187.6 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
