Fatsecret says in 15 months I will reach my goal. It's been so long since I set my goal that I've forgotten what my goal is. Right now my goal is to be a smaller human being. Today I succeeded in losing 1 inch around my middle and almost 6 lbs in the last 7 days (not that you can tell because I didn't log my weight when I started) so I say that 15 month business is bologna.

I need to admit that this morning is the first time in a week that I ate something off my plan. I had a slice of breakfast pizza from the café because I didn't plan my breakfast and bring something with me, the line in the café was horrible, and then it just looked too darn good to just eat the toppings like I had planned. THEN I log on here to log my misstep and I had a message from an amazing person giving me a tip and telling me I can do this. Thank you! Best timed message in the universe. Now I feel like kicking myself and I'm more determined than ever to let that only be a tiny pebble in the road because I can do this. Plus that breakfast pizza is sitting in my stomach like a rock. Blech.

I hope everyone has a fun enjoyable weekend. I'm going to be in a tractor chopping corn. :)

You're doing great! Logging on Fat Secret has helped me the most. Even when I don't stick to my plan, logging things is what provides the motivation for change in me :)
