Wow this drop I did not expect but am over the moon...Now to try keep it off over the weekend is going to be the trick.

Have an awesome weekend everyone...
154.3 lb Lost so far: 62.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't work on weekends either which makes it very difficult. I need to start meal prepping for weekends so that there is always right food available as my biggest downfall is bread..
