@Keilin_4 - Starting today I plan to do 100 crunches a day :)

Sounds like a great plan

I do not know if my loose skin will be fixed someday, but I believe that scars and loose skin is better than being overweight 😊

I have the loose skin too but it is all over, bummer but much happier not being overweight, just keep working to build some muscle to help fill the empty spaces at least some of it

Great job on your progress. I have this as well in my mid section - I have read a lot of articles on helping the skin tighten up - moisturizer and vitamin E are helpful. Lots of H2O is also great for the skin.

it takes months for skin to pop back too so don't worry too much you are still a young man. eating well to feed the body will help the rebuilding of your skin and muscles. When you start your omad you need to make sure you get enough meat to provide the building blocks for your skin.

Good job M. I know you have a plan and I am watching. Of course it's a bit different for me, I think, because my loose skin is from pregnancies. Not sure if I ill ever do anything about it. I haven't researched yet. Anyway, you look great!

Lookin good! No visible bloat at all (Im so jealous right now)! I’m sure crunches will help! But there are people online with lose hanging skin and serious amounts of muscle. Obese to Beast on YouTube. Great inspiration. Completely accepts his body. It’s crazy. And I agree it’s waaaay better to have the lose skin then for it to be nice and tight with fat. That is what I remind myself

For loose skin, try gentle dry brushing to increase circulation. Also look into a compression garment A/K/A "shapewear". That will compress the skin and encourage it to absorb the excess.

I had a c section so i have the "overhang" also. I use Palmer's oil and lotion specifically made to tighten skin and get rid of stretchmarks. I also wear a compression band to encourage it to head back north!

Thanks everyone for all te suggestions! I just bought some 'compression T-Shits' on Amazon. Even if they don't help, I can still wear them when I want to 'look hot' :)
