Plateau = not gaining.
these last 7 lbs are taking their time coming off.
That's OK -
But I do have a craving for some cake w/buttercream frosting. I might have to have a bite on Thursday. But just a bite.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
