Sat night celebration! Reverse sear porterhouse, sous vide shrimp seared on the grill, canned Kirkland green beans, herb butter and Jameson Stout on the rocks - life is good!

Ha! Tbh, the shrimp with herb butter was better than the porterhouse. It's the first time we've tried it. Imo, ribeye is king. Prime tomahawk ribeye tomorrow night!
