Not feeling so energetic today,plus it was raining so i couldnt walk at the park.I stuck to the diet today,wasnt really hungry before lunch as usual cuz i had an apple right before it.However i WAS hungry before dinner and surprisingly AFTER dinner.I hope it goes away cuz i think i have gone past my calorie limit for the day.if not ill drink a cup of hot skimmed milk b4 i go to bed.I hope to stick to this till sunday and hope to c at least a 2-3 pound drop wen i weigh in sunday.

My abs hurt from yesterday so i know its burning calories and i plan to go to bed earlier to get more sleep so i can burn more calories instead of getn 6 n 1/2 hrs i plan to try n get 7 1/2 to 8.i think this will help alot.

Ive also learnt today by using the journal that the reason my calories per day go up or down are due to the amount of vegetables i consume, if i eat stir fry veg for lucnh as opposed to something involving carbs, it goes down drastically.So from here on i plan to have more cooked veggies for my meals.

If you're getting hungry try padding your meals out with more salad and or veggies... most are low calorie so won't add to your calories very much, but will fill you up. :o) I find the diet calendar useful here because it teaches you which veggies etc have the lower carbs and calories... so after a while even if your running out of points or calories for the day, you can still rustle up something to munch. Keep up the great work though and good luck with your weigh-in on Sunday. ;o)

I always try to fill half my dinner plate with veggies...it's a lot of volume and flavor without a whole lot of calories. I also tend to get hungry a few hours for dinner...try having a cup of the Progresso 0pt soup, or a salad with fat free italian. O points can really tide you over til dinner. Happy weight loss!
