DairyFarmersWife's Journal, 25 September 2018

Have you ever had the experience where you go to sit but then you find out your legs no longer have that function? My legs no longer have that function. It's really not that bad a problem unless I have to pee. Surprisingly I'm a little stiff and my butt is still sore but spin class didn't kill me. If anything it motivated me to get into better shape so I don't feel like puking on my co-workers during the class. Well... it all depends on the co-worker. Some co-workers I might be tempted by that idea.

Today I'm joining a 100 day clean eating challenge. Every 10 days you weigh in and measure to see the results of eating clean. No processed crap foods only good clean foods where you can tell exactly what it is by reading the food label. If it has a food label.. it probably shouldn't have a food label. So far so good. I had an omelet at the cafeteria and then I remembered I was trying to be one of those good managers and I scheduled a lunch meeting to say thank you for putting up with me as your boss. If you've read my journal you're probably shocked I'm in charge of anyone. They may be too. I know my kids are. lol It should be good though. The restaurant I picked has great salads. Calories might be a little high BUT I'm still going to end up burning more than I eat. Not that they said that was part of the challenge.

Tomorrow is another spin class. I'm signed up to go but I have a meeting that runs into the class. I'm still trying to wiggle my way out of the meeting early. If I fail then I will attend the class next Monday.

I do have one spin class question... the instructor keeps telling us that if we quit we will pass out. I call crap. His joke about having to give mouth to mouth if that happened just seemed like more motivation to never ever ever stop spinning. Motivation or truth??
