Yesterday I went to a bridal shower that was at an Italian restaurant. They served Cesar salad and cheese pizza. I should have just eaten the salad, but I didn't and this set the downward carbohydrate spiral for the rest of the day. I am a true carb addict. I don't know why I take that first bite when I know this will happen. Oh well that was yesterday and today is another day.
