I'll take it! Same as yesterday - waist 35 ish.
Tonight we have been invited out to dinner - I have saved 10 g of sugar and 800 kcal for that. Of course, I will have to eat at least a bite of a dessert. I have no idea what is on the menu, but of course I will bring wine.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
