I have lost 4 pounds without excercise and the use of thwe Acai Berry. i need to add excercise. Beginning today I will no longer drink soda and ice tea or cofee. I've got to stick with this for a month. Also beginning tomorrow I am going three days with only fish . no beef, turkey or pork.
i can do this. I am fearfully and wonderfully made. To God be the glory for all my successes.
