(worked for me) That was a lot of bacon! But this video leaves me with questions about the insulin response. And is he a type 2 diabetic? So, does his b.s. initially drop because bacon has no impact on b.s. and it's as though he's still fasting or does it drop because bacon caused an insulin release that brought his b.s. down? And really, what constitutes typical b.s. ranges and activity. All I know for sure is that big swings are not good.
