Crashed last night. Went to bed around 9 and still woke up later than normal. Guess I needed it. Feel good today and will do a pack walk with friends before class. Hoping it’s the fast group. Difference of about 4,000 steps in little over an hour. I don’t hate, but I like to keep moving.
