I had what felt like A long day. I went with my roommate when he took his mother shopping to get in A good walk. She has been known to take three hours to do her shopping. Tonight turned out to be A nice night to sit outside and socialize with friends. I went over what I like to on my sugar and carbs today but I will eat more sensible the rest of the week.
