One month on my new diet. I’ve lost about 20 pounds and I want to feel good about that but I can’t help but think that I’m still 10 pounds heavier than at my highest weight when I previously started losing weight. I lost 90 pounds that time but that was maybe 8 to 10 years ago. Let’s see how this journey goes

Lost and gained over a similar period, and set my mind to learn about food to avoid it happening again. Long term sustainability got focus. Learned certain foods are part reason for gaining, and went deep in studie here to be able to resist based on knowledge instead of just will power. You have a fantastic first month. Congrats.
