1200 Calories's Journal, 07 September 2018

Scale not budging either way. Added some carbs in form of fruit and whole grains. Cutting down on the fats. Still watching the calories. Carb calories add up quicker though, especially with the fruits. I love fruit.

Totally ignored health with work picnic hot dog and hamburger both on white bread rolls with a side of pasta salad,

Glad the scale at least didn’t go up.
159.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
