Gotta love weighing in after a 5 day depression binge. Good note- nowhere to go but up (down-lol) from here.
263.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

We all have those days. I suggested start a private journal whenever you feel mad, sad, depressed or just to vend. If you're busy writing than you're not self medicating with food. It also helps you spot what are your emotional food tigers. It's not a prefect method but it has helped me in the pass.

Thank you for your support and suggestion :). I will def try to do this. Fighting addiction- be it food, alcohol, etc is not easy. I appreciate the support I have here. Thanks again 😊 3xmamma
