Started the holiday off with "The Struggle is Real" by Nicole Unice -- second lesson did not show visual but only audio, but it was quite effective. The way we interpret our struggles becomes true. We start to believe the lie. The evil one gets us to doubt ourselves and God. The enemy wants to destroy us. Wants us to be enslaved. (Titus) Take your struggle seriously to get out. When Jesus takes the struggle from us, everything changes. (my take on the lesson)

The food journal I have now includes tips - today's tip was this: Try not to eat while watching television. <<<HELLO>>> I totally eat in front of the TV all the time and it was really hard for me not to turn on the TV this morning, but I did not. Lunch I did. Dinner I plan to not have it on.

Lots of cooking today - boiled some eggs, made a healthier tuna casserole (it is so good!), and on to making a crustless southwestern breakfast casserole.

Still have to do my workout -- I didn't get up before everyone today.

Also, I also treated myself to ice cream cone....so that means supper will be considerably small!!! (so worth it!)
