I am finding that I am looking forward to this diet, as the days slip into weeks. Yes, I still have my cravings....but seeing the weight come off...I find that if I do cheat...I feel guilty....and don't do it again. I do give my self little rewards for accomplishing small goals.....But they are NOT Always in the form of food. Yesterday I bought myself some smaller size blouses because I had dropped 2 sizes......YAY!

Way to go! Doesn't it feel great to go shopping and reward yourself with new clothes; you're two sizes smaller! I'm very happy for you.

I have found that if I really want something, I only have a bite or 2, then I'm ok after that - I fix my husbands lunches in the mornings for him, he has sandwiches, fruit, chips...stuff that's easily edible, since he works in a vehicle all day, but doesn't usually have time to stop for regular breaks (works for the State) - if I'm packing him grapes, and I just HAVE to have them, I have maybe 2 or 3, and that does it for me - so don't feel guilty if you have something you "shouldn't", just go on from there. Congrats on buying smaller clothes - it really feels good! I ordered some stuff a size smaller than what I've been wearing, and really looking forward to seeing how they fit!
