Turned downward again. Not from eating but from having a bad stomach. Oh the perils of old age. Feel better. Wife went out and bought me some Large clothes. TOO SOON. Still have waist size of 46. Hug someone twice this week end.

274.8 lb Lost so far: 45.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
