New Challenge started:
What is your why? I am going to finish what I start. I have dedicated myself to working out 6 days a week and making adjustments when on vacation to either rest or do an unscheduled workout. I am tired of starting and stopping. Starting and stopping. Starting strong and falling out mid-challenge. I am tired of having a belly. I am tired of injuries. I am tired. Just plain tired of being out of shape and knowing it is the kitchen and constant snacking on junk that keeps me here in limbo. So over it!
Why do you want to get out of the labyrinth? Tired of wandering around somewhat 1/2 in and 1/2 out of the process. I love the challenge of a labyrinth, yet I would like to get out.
What motivates you? Other people help keep me motivated and inspired. I enjoy seeing the photos of others Before and After, but really would like to see the Middle of the Road photos too -- it looks great, but knowing others struggle too, sometimes helps. Calendars - seeing my scheduled workout on my calendar is motivating. I have a combination of Tai Cheng, P90x, Turbo Jam, and Turbo Fire as my regular scheduled workouts. I also like to put the workouts (P90X) on Silent and cues and select various stations on Google Music -- honestly, sometimes it truly is the music that keeps me coming back for more. My Spouse - when my spouse is on board and watching what they eat and exercise, I am honestly more apt to keep motivated. Lately they have not been on board and I have questioned my why if their support does not seem to matter. :( However, they are on board starting 9/2nd. And that makes me happy!
Who are you doing this for? Ultimately, myself. But there are others that would benefit from my being successful. My doctors would get off my back! LOL.
