Totally did not remember that today was a weigh in and measure. The Amish Breakfast Casserole I made yesterday, I ate for supper, and it was heavy but quite delicious! No regrets....well, maybe just a little.

I am excited about the upcoming challenge - Leaving the Labyrinth 7 - and to be starting remembering "The Why" - why do I want to lose weight? Why must I lose weight? I personally struggle with working a challenge all the way through with the same motivation and determination it requires to complete in full. I do great for a while and find myself petering out when the pounds don't just melt off as easily as they attach.

Anyway, I am looking forward to the Challenge, and if you want to join me -- do so quickly as it starts really, really, really soon! :)
