Yesterday I said "No More Cheat" and yesterday I cheated. I binged like an idiot. I was bloated and flat out miserable, yet still I ate. I finally stopped it around the time my spouse got home. I even just stopped writing in my food journal, like if I didn't post, it never happened.

Today I said "No More Cheat In Jesus' Name."

Today's workout was one of my favorites - Kenpo X. I did 15 reps of each move, with max rep of 30 on vertical punches. Even when they did less than 15 reps, I pressed Pause and did my 15 reps each side. And it was a terrific workout. I had to adjust the time of workout due to I went to bed later than I normally do...so I was able to get in 7 hours and 20 minutes of sleep, which is my minimum to be functional, productive and nice. LOL.

Added lemon juice back in my water bottles to keep myself motivated. Heck, yesterday I had one of my spouse's Diet Colas. I cannot tell you when I'd had a soda (other than Ginger Ale) prior to that. Just wanted the bubbles. Pretty much was my last "what are you doing?" moment prior to stopping my binge eating.

Thankfully it is a new day and I have a Divine Buddy to help me halt the madness and self sabotage and muck.
