Today will be spent mostly sedentary, as I need to take my baby to a NICU follow up appointment an hour from home. Lots of activity yesterday with plenty of healthy eating set me up for a great start today. Here's to positive choices.
199.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 48.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
