Today, I noticed my collarbones are making a comeback. Interesting, it’s probably been a decade since they were pronounced. Good thing they chose today, because I had/have a thousand things to do and I was going to make this my day off for exercise. So, rushed around after work, cooked the food I didn’t get to cooking last night, ate a huge salad and waiting a few more minutes to swim. Or walk. Not gonna swim if I feel too heavy in the gut.
I turned off my cable box last week. Still have the box and all, but I think I’ll totally disconnect and turn it in on Saturday. The only super annoying thing is the lack of quality news, but I can find that on the web, I guess. Lots of music in my life again. I enjoy that.
Did my virtual call with my counselor this afternoon. Wasn’t horrible. Have a plan to buy smaller batches more often. Hope that’s easier.
