I feel like I'm getting myself back on track this week. It's tough going though.

I've noticed that I tend to go overboard with my eating on Sundays and Mondays. These are usually my date nights with the boyfriend. We either go out to a movie or dinner. Sometimes we'll go out both days. And we always get movie treats - popcorn, gummi candy and a drink. We've realized this is probably not the best idea for either of us, since he's trying to lose weight too.

So we've decided we can only pick one of those days to go out. If we go to the movies on Sunday night, we don't get to indulge on Monday, and vice versa. Let's see if this new plan of action yields new results!
162.5 lb Lost so far: 65.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
