I have not updated my weight for a while I have gained over 2 1/2 months 8# so mad at my self. I have been trying but been really hard lately when I had 1# to go to my goal my mind keep telling me I could not do it and I began to fail. since then money has been a real problem for us and my hubby is not working with me to buy the things I need to stay on track and with him eating little he feels we don't need much for food in the house due to a sickness he has no appetite but even though money is tight he wants to go to fast food for french frys all the time and there is not much that is cheap that I can eat at these places when I will not eat anything there he gets really mad and then we fight. this month is going to be even harder then the past 2 months he has a big med bill to pay along with many things that need to be paid I am really struggling I found at Aldi"s frozen cauliflower rice and so many ways to fix it so I will buy as many as I can if nothing else and have that with so type of meat. But it gets really hard at ties when I have nothing to have for snacks and he is always eating candy and drinking pop. I really want to get on track been trying to walk as much as I can legs give me trouble a lot lately so makes it a little harder to make my 2 mile walk. I am not going to give up and will fight this fight so how. thank u for let me vent.
