Weight is back up again which is really frustrating. I need to pick back up on the exercise, but I've also been feeling really bloated lately. It's not that TOM so I don't know what's going on.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
