....So... Water weight? I know I have stopped keto and switched back to "normal eating". But I have been calorie counting and being fairly true to keeping under my daily limit. I will go another week but I really dont want this upward trend to continue. I'm hoping that things will stabilize and I can start losing again without returning to the extreme keto ways..
231.4 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It will stabilize you just gotta understand for a few days that you deprived your body and it obviously is gonna have a reaction

you will have water weight gain and an adjustment period. Have you refigured your calorie and macro's to your new diet plan??

and don't forget some of the foods that you deleted from your keto diet may also cause you bloat and to retain water on your new diet plan. refined flour products are often the culprit for many.
