Recently moved, so I've been way off my eating plan. But, after a few weeks eating out too much, I pulled myself back into my routine. I've been back on track, morning walks and swimming. Today, I bravely stepped on the scale and was down two pounds. Yeah! Happy dance.
177.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
