I'm stagnant this week. I'm not losing weight and not sure what I'm going to do... I don't want to go drastic - not eating, excesive exercise and etc.. All I can think right now is:
* carefully record my calories and reduce calories by 100 daily.
* plan ahead my meals very carefully with and prep them nightly, which is harder now when I'm working...
Have to try something different...

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 August 2018:
1372 kcal Fat: 68.30g | Prot: 29.05g | Carb: 166.68g.   Breakfast: Jelly (All Flavors), Land O'Lakes Salted Butter, Baker's Inn Seven Grain Bread. Lunch: Reuben Sandwich with Spread (Corned Beef Sandwich with Sauerkraut and Cheese). Dinner: Ferrero Fine Hazelnut Chocolates, Blueberries, Mt.
