saw a dietitian today and they think that I am on a good track to losing weight plus getting off my insulin soon... I've been great at cutting the suger out of my life just gotta get myself active too
326.4 lb Lost so far: 44.6 lb.    Still to go: 126.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
