Although I went away for a 3 day 2 night get away, I made a conscious and physical effort to eat mostly vegetables. I did enjoy a Saturday evening buffet at the Hard Rock Hotel but I mostly dined on scrimps and salmon and a few scoops of ice cream and cake and cookies. All in all I am very thankful of the weight loss and I will try to continue the trend.
