you could try whole wheat (brown) rice to make it more healthy. but it looks good!!

Wow! Looks delicious! Wish I could eat all those carbs and still lose weight, but I can’t. Chicken Tika Masala is one of my favorite dishes! I lived in Nepal for 2 years as a medical humanitarian aid volunteer and ate masala every other day! Yummy!

Yep! Tomato and meatles crumbles. Little tikka paste. Topped with lemon and cilantro.

If you own an instant pot, there are many fb pages with so many indian food easy recipes. Really worth the while if it fits with you woe. They are healthy and rapid recipes.

You should try cauliflower rice. The taste is almost the same, but the calories are nearly 5x less.
