It has been such a busy summer—especially the last couple of weeks trying to get everyone ready for school. School started today so I’m finally ready to recommit to eating better than I have been lately and getting back to my exercise routine. My weight has stayed between 125-130 all summer but I don’t feel as good as I did before adding junk back into my diet. Time to get back to schedules and organization. I’m feeling optimistic...maybe haha! Hope you’re all happy and doing well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 August 2018:

I have no doubt that you can do this. I know it's hard to focus on your own needs and wants, while caring for your family. It's tricky, but doable without feeling guilty. I would say you are worth the extra attention. 💖

try to cut back on the bad things you know make you feel poorly. you have made a lifestyle change and keeping to what you know works or at least avoiding what does not work will keep you energized. we all have those things.

Thanks guys! I know what I need to do, just gotta make myself do it consistently. I’m never going back to where I was before losing this weight.

Momma, as you've seen, weight loss is seldom linear and even maintenaince is seldom holding a flat line...your post shows that you know what to do, #fat_terminator!!
