I was just going to taste it... just a taste... 😬 it’s gone. All of it. All 6 oz of it!!! 🐄 So yeah I think I’m good on protein after my weight training session this morning 😅💪💪

what is wrong with it, it looks good to me! I eat a lot more meat then you do and you will have to step it up eventually too if you are going to work out. more protein and more good for you food! I don't know how you manage with such low calories! But you will be burning them now and you will see the fat slide off if you keep it going!

It was really good! And I think I’ll meet my 1300 calorie goal with ease today lol I’m so stuffed though. I feel like I could pop 🐽 Don’t know what aim going to eat for dinner though LOL

Don't forget about the carbohydrates! Eat twice of carbohydrate for once of protein. Protein is digested better in this way.

I can’t remember if I’ve ever had beef ribs before but they were amazing! I seasoned them heavily with pink salt, pepper, and garlic 😍 I’m so glad I ate it all. I didn’t get to eat anything else until I drove home from work. I ate 3 pieces of cheese lol. I just finished a Keto flax muffin with butter too. I’m ready for bed.

Nikeit I totally forgot I worked out today and was confused why my muscles above my knees were sore 🤣 You reminded me. I pushed myself hard today. I’m lifting as heavy as I can go. Not many reps but at least 8-10 before I give out
