good first week back on my plan of packing healthy lunch and trying to cut out sugar. I know that mostly of the drop in weight today is water weight and I should not expect much next week. but hey still feels good that I had to go on a last minute trip and I ate relatively healthy. not perfect but much better than normal
280.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 100.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
