Sooooooooooo.. I weighed myself this morning, the numbers went down ...Getting up at 5, working out..not too much tho but at least 30 mins on the elliptical.. and cutting back waaaaaaaaaaaay back is paying off....I just don't believe in diets
My breakfast consisted of Greek yogurt with chia seeds, 2 cups of watermelon and water
My lunch is 4 oz of broiled chicken and 1 cup of cooked collards
