Last journal entry was July 30. Life has been busy and food hard to track, partly due to the time consuming job of entering recipes.

I'm back to the gym at least 3 days a week' pushing upper body and some cardio. My neck does so much better when I workout. I have a bone bruise on my left lower leg so should be allowing it to rest some and heal. I am trying for more gym days but they mean leaving for work @ 6am and not home until after 6pm and then try for bed by 8:30. Some days I simply have other things that need attention.

Today's exercise will be cardio, mowing the grass etc before a steamy and rainy day tomorrow. I also have to do some shopping (groceries and my microwave died) later when it gets hot. Note to self--do not do another over the stove microwave--they do not survive steam from pressure cookers and canning. You would think they would. Coffee is empty so off and running.

I guess that is the advantage of an electric pressure cooker. Just put it where there is an outlet. Not sure how great they are with canning. Mine says I could can in it but what I have read online ... they is no way to tell the temperature. Might not be all that safe to do.
