On target so far. 5 pounds lost in 5 days. Ate mostly vegetables Wednesday and actually gained a pound but lost it and one more yesterday. I know, slow and steady wins the race. 😃🤔
365.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 140.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
