Nice! I love baking bread but I haven't tried pita yet.

it's so easy, 300gr of some flour, 3/4 cup of the milk you prefer and 40ml or 50gr of fat, you heat the two and then mix with the flour, and the next I think you figure out... resting the dought, make balls...
