still having a hell of a time ajusting my micro's. my carbs are still way up.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 August 2018:
1500 kcal Fat: 52.89g | Prot: 79.79g | Carb: 181.95g.   Breakfast: Thomas' Bagel Thins - Plain, Philadelphia Regular Cream Cheese. Lunch: Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate, Bananas. Dinner: Chili's Dinner Salad - House, Safeway Thousand Island Dressing, Olive Garden Minestrone Soup, Kirkland Signature Dinner Rolls. Snacks/Other: Nature Made Fish Oil 1200Mg. more...

I plan my day ahead of time so I can check those things and make better choices. It takes time to automatically know what you can and should not have to make the numbers work.
