Up and down - a week of eating what I wanted, with both daughters in town (they flew back yesterday)... back to the drawing board.
220.2 lb Lost so far: 151.7 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You'll take care of things right away I bet. Not like me, took me a couple months of eating what I wanted (and 15+ pounds) to get serious again.

Appreciate the vibes @tinast - anything to make it feel better's welcomed! True, @Fritzy_22, all I gotta do is step on that scale between weigh-ins and it becomes a "right away" issue... probably should weigh-in more often than I do.
