I don't know why some days take more out of me than others. Bedtime last night and I just ached all over, woke up not feeling rested today, and still aching. Didn't do anything out of the ordinary, I shouldn't feel this brittle.

you would be surprised if you looked at yesterday what you might find, it can be anything from food to an activity. heck sometimes I get sore not doing anything at all. my body does not like that.

Potassium?? Take your vitamins, I was feeling exhausted, last week I started taking supplements and I am feeling good now

Think back or track what you ate and see if maybe a particular ingredient is having an adverse affect. Also, if you aren't diagnoses diabetic, have that checked. That's how I feel if I have too many carbs.
