Well, plan on making at least one good change for today and follow through on it. One small step today is one less for tomorrow! Plan a meal, go for a walk. Good luck!

Let me just say the obvious: there is no magic in how this works. Eat less. Exercise more. Get more sleep. Get a plan, stick to it. I have no inspiration either but we know what to do! Do one thing today, and I will too.

I understand you... I’ve been there too. Imho, it’s part of the game. You may not realise now, but you’re already changing! You no longer feel comfortable in being where you are. You’re going to make it, sooner or later.

Thanks for all the tips, I do know how this works and was working it for 3+ years when all of a sudden some family crisis' happened and derailed me and I just haven't been able to get back on the train without falling off. But I will for sure because being uncomfortable in ones own skin feels AWFUL. I don't even recognize the person staring back at me from the mirror.........not to mention that body........

So... why do you want to drop weight anyway?

I suggest working on forming controlled eating habits. I like to remain aware of what I'm eating and have ate by logging everything I eat every day. It's nice to have data to review and spot where I can improve and it helps me to stay focused...

First, eliminate the word cannot from your vocabulary. Second, jump in, the water is fine. Third, start tracking all the food you eat. And forth, you WILL do this.

@jimmiepop because I don't like how I look or feel at the weight I'm at right now. @John10251 I agree making yourself aware of what you're eating is definitely the key that is how I was able to lose 30lbs. last time. That is the habit I'm trying to get myself back into, that and some form of exercise at least 5 times a week. @Erquiaga ALL three of those are very good advise and #4 Thanks & yes I will!! :-)
