Just depressed....everything I eat is made from scratch, home made bread is the only kind I eat...no crackers or chips, unless I make them....i eat blueberry buckle and raspberry crumble for desserts most of my produce is from the farmers market. I make mayo but still use store mustard, and annies katsup💜
217.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

so why are you depressed you make your own food and lost weight, hard to see a losing thing here.

I wish I could eat bread, blueberry buckle and desert and lose 8 lbs. Last time I had 2 rolls at texa s roadhouse i gained 2 lbs. And it took me 5 days to lose it.
