Yesterday I stuck to the plan. I worked out. I ate within my calories/containers. It was a great day.

So I track my workouts on a chart and it helps me keep going. In that light, I am coloring in the chart on days I follow the plan 100%. As with the workouts, seeing more purple (the color I chose) will inspire me to keep with the plan.
