Anybody using meditation? Thinking about learning transcendental meditation this fall.

I do at least once a week. Just techniques learned in therapy & a couple meditation apps. I’d like to be regular with it like TM. My mom in law is and she swears by it. She follows Lola Jones & has been to her retreats. I hope you do & it works wonderful for you. :)
