Thanks, brother. My wife makes sure I'm so busy I can't journal. I kid, I kid! hahaha Naw, my oldest daughter was visiting from Tennessee at the first of July, then we had a ton of chicken business (lmao @chicken business) to take care of, then my wife had an ungodly amount of scheduled days off (cramping my style!! lmao) it's been a busy, hot, miserable-ish summer!!

Hey once you work through it, I would love to hear any tips on introducing chicks to an established flock. We started our flock about 18 months ago, so sometime in the next spring or two I expect we'll need to think about adding some more. We have mostly Wyandottes with a few Leghorns and Cuckoo Maran.

We're keeping them separated until the babies are a couple of months old. We even had to separate some that were only a couple of weeks apart because the bigger ones were picking on the littler ones
