Hi ladies and gents...

Still the same weight! GGGRRRRRRR

I've not been on in the past 7 days because I've been so busy with the new job! It's taking up all of my time and practically all of my energy! I get up at 5 to make sure I fit in my morning workout and breakfast because I know that by the time I get home, I'm too shattered to even think, let alone do a workout! I've not been eating all that well this week mainly because I'm just too busy during the day to be able to go off for a few minutes to have lunch! I've spoken to my boss about this and we've agree'd that from Monday, both her and I will have 1/2 and hour at 1pm to have our lunch... she's like me, she can never find the time to have a bite to eat! Thankfully though, both my dad and Tony are thinking (for a change!) and preparing dinner so that when I get in all I have to do is cook it for us! This does mean thought that we eat at about 9pm which is not good!

Well the new job is going really well and I love it! I am still amazed that I'm working in a Government office and dealing directly with the Olympics for 2012! Such an overwhelming feeling! If you've ever heard of a very famous historical area of London called Trafalgar Square, well, that is where my offices are! I'm slap bang in the centre of London! I really thank all of you for pushing me to go to the interview!

To my YELLOWS... I'm so sorry I've not been participating in the challenge recently but please know I'm 100% behind each and every one of you!

162.0 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great choice on doing the early morning workouts! I put up a post a while back about the benefits from early exercise, you should check it out sometime. I too get up early and do my exercise before I start my day. It not only gets checked off the list but I feel a sense of achivement all day when I know that I busted my butt first thing. You're job sounds exciting.. I've never been to London but would jump at the chance girl! Keep pushing yourself.. it WILL pay off in the end!

AWESOME!!! So glad to hear you are so into and loving your new job!!! GREAT!!! GREAT on talking with your boss and arranging at least a 1/2 hour for a lunch break, too. You have to prioritize and schedule your lunch and snacks to help keep you going so that your body will be able to move. Right now you are probably holding stead as your body is just trying to "hold on" as it's not sure what you are doing to it! lol Try to stick some nuts or something in your pocket for a quicky snack and you'll start seeing a change in that scale soon enough!! Drink your water and keep up the hard work, it'll all start falling into place ... don't give up!! BURN RUBBER BABY!!!!
